Guarantee and Services
The product catalog attempts to correspond as exactly as possible to the reality of these essential products and does not affect their actual quality. The 2-year legal guarantee applies to new furniture and lighting. This guarantee only covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery of the goods. The following are therefore excluded: Any direct or indirect damage caused to the device after delivery (e.g. by oxidation, shock, fall, etc.); The replacement of elements or accessories whose regular renewal is necessary (e.g. batteries, bags, lamps, rubber spare parts, etc. (non-exhaustive list); Damage resulting from fire, water damage, lightning, accident, natural disaster; Defects caused expressly or by negligence, by injudicious treatment, poor maintenance or abnormal use or use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions; Damage resulting from commercial, professional or collective use. The lack of conformity must be reported within two months after its discovery. Any request for intervention must be sent to our after-sales service. When the customer calls directly on the manufacturer within the framework of the guarantee, the related costs are his responsibility. In the event of intervention by a third party not designated by the seller, the benefit of the guarantee is canceled. The possible return of a purchased part is the responsibility and responsibility of the customer.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to notify the seller that he is renouncing the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day after the day of delivery of the product. Damaged or incomplete furniture will not be returned. The customer who wishes to exercise this right must contact the seller within 14 days by email at info[at]tiltlimited.be. The right of waiver cannot be applied in the event of an order for a product manufactured according to the buyer’s specifications or personalized. Apart from any specific costs for delivery and return which will in all cases remain the responsibility of the buyer, the seller undertakes to reimburse the customer within 30 days following acceptance of the return of the goods ordered. Reimbursement will be made exclusively by the means of payment used by the consumer for said order. If the customer cannot accept reimbursement by the initial payment method, the amount will be transformed into a voucher.ction
Retail Registration
In addition to any applicable Consumer and/or statutory rights, the Supplier offers a manufacturer’s guarantee. The manufacturer guarantee is that the materials and workmanship of the Goods will be free from defects for a period of 10 years from the date that the Goods were collected by the Buyer or the third party carrier. The product guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. The 10 year guarantee is only applicable to orders placed on or after 1st March 2016, any orders placed prior to this will have a 1 year guarantee. Clearance products do not qualify for this guarantee.
