Depending on the location of the manufacturer your item was purchased from, delivery times may vary between 10-15 business days for in-stock items. For items with delivery times greater than 15 days, the times will be specified in the description. Goods purchased from TILT LIMITED EDITIONS may be returned within 10 days of delivery if accompanied by the original receipt and are in new condition and in the original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by sending an email to info(at)tiltlimited.be. TILT LIMITED EDITIONS will not be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. The actual cost of shipping the item will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately after delivery. Claims received after 5 days of delivery will be subject to the supplier’s respective warranty policies.
